How long do you think a person usually needs sleep?
A man’s sleep time varies according to his age and physical health. The average baby sleeps about 12-16 hours, and in adolescence, it lasts about 8-10 hours. As you get older, that time will be a bit shorter. In general, we need about 8 hours of sleep a day.

“I do not even sleep in comfort,” some complain. Because sleep is the only comfort they have in their lives. Of course, even if we work hard all day, all those discomforts will go away after a good night’s sleep.
Also, if you do not get a comfortable good night’s sleep, you will feel very uncomfortable the next day. The day after sleep, their work duties are done with the energy that the mind and body get due to sleep.
